My Lord,
Referring to Your Lordship's Despatch No. 12 of the 9th January, 1908, I have the honour to state that an insane person named William Harry, now an inmate in the Lunatic Asylum, will shortly be sent to Ireland in charge of a Wardmaster in the Medical Department, who is proceeding on leave of absence.
2. Harry has in his possession an Engineer's Certificate, granted in this Colony in 1897, in which his address is given as 36, Wilton Street, Glasgow, and his birthplace as Kilmarnock, Ayrshire. He himself gives his mother's name and address as Mrs. J. Merry, 57, Kirkland Street, Glasgow, but he is very uncertain on the point.
3. Information will be furnished at the first opportunity as to the name of the Steamer by which ...
